Engagement brief Specialist clinical practice

Confident Communication Therapy

The operation

A specialist speech and language and medico-legal practice, where the practitioner’s name and registration are the product. The work has to travel into UK regulated clinical care without flattening the voice or loosening the accountability. That is the test this engagement was chosen to put the method through.

Phase 01: get found

An AI-ready website built in the practice’s house style, not a template. A dual-track referral pipeline routes individuals one way and professionals another. Behind it sits a trust stack: the accreditations that matter in this field (HCPC, RCSLT, ASLTIP, DBS, BIG), a 48-hour response commitment, and secure professional file upload. The build targets AAA accessibility and carries no tracking cookies and no third-party widgets.

Phase 02: buy back time

An AI helper suite tuned to the work that consumes the week, running in the practice’s own account. The helpers cover referral triage, assessment drafting, session-note tidying, family communications, content, and a Monday briefing. Each one is tuned from real correspondence and refuses to produce generic output without specific input. Nothing is sent without the clinician’s sign-off.

Why it matters to the method

Regulated clinical care is the hardest place to put AI carefully. If the method holds here, where a registrant is answerable for every word, it holds in the lighter-touch sectors too. This engagement is the clinical proof point for the whole approach.

An honest note on stage. This is current, pro-bono work. We publish named results and quotes only when the founder is ready to be quoted, not before. If you want to talk to a reference, ask and we will arrange it directly rather than paraphrasing someone here.
